Fabric Simulation Software

Yxendis from France offers a range of software for the top quality simulation like real fabrics (Dobby and jacquard weaving) as well as first real 3D jacquard, intarsia, structured KNITTING) which enable customers to reduce time and cost collection sampling. One can make numerous simulations to improve collection choices more adapted to each of their markets.

The new range of dobby and jacquard software: YX WEAVE Platinium is quite interesting. The dobby and jacquard weaving software is offered with functions like Automatic shades.

In order to do automatic shades, the designer can import a picture, turn it in grey scale, apply a weave from the weave library, apply a calibrated yarns (size and colors) create with Yxendis yarns creation software and the weaver can launch the simulation for damask and for complex jacquard (multi warp and weft, laces…), multi-layers on the same way, you make it also in few seconds and the simulation take into account of all the technical parameters like: reeds, multi stop motion management, multi layer simulations, different yarns size management on the same fabrics, automatic relief even with simple or fancy plain fabrics, finishing still more realistic (new stone washed).

Inkjet textile printing

One can also make exportation with a high definition in order to make inkjet textile printing. YXWEAVE Platinium works in CIELab for a perfect color conformity. The data can be exported to numerous standard machinery (Staubli, Dornier, Benninger; Bonas)

3D Knitting creation & Simulation

The 3D Knitting creation and Simulation software for structured (interlock...), jacquard, intarsia for circular and flat machines is expected to offer following advantages:

· Creation of all kind of jacquard, intarsia (interlock...) and simulation in few seconds

· Speed and quality of simulation (even for high gauge, tension) in real 3D which take into account all technical parameters.

· Automatic creation of stripes and multi-jacquard… With this range of software it is now possible to customize its technical (needs, colorways, costs…), or commercial files and print exportation with importation of complementary fields, customisation of the presentation for a perfect adaptation of different departments, partners, customers and brand.

· Yarns creation is now very simple and one can create in few seconds calibrated (colors, size, twist) fancy yarns ( melanges, moulinés, spaces, multicos) for perfect simulation with weaving and knitting software.

· YX POINT Platinium is new dedicated textile software to prepared jacquard, intarsia in repeat. This software enables direct creation taking into account technical characteristics (hooks, gauge, final size) or importation of a picture by scan, file, digital camera, reduction of colors, put in repeat, drawing in repeat thank's to lots of specific textile functions (colors protection, stamps, transparency) and dot per dot working.
